What can you expect from our workouts?

Every workout includes a warm up session, a fun challenging workout using functional body movements adapted to every level of fitness whether you are a beginner, an amateur or a seasoned fit person. We will always finish our workouts with a stretching period to limit soreness and to cool down.

Monday 

An hour of active recovery to prepare your body for the week ahead.

Lower body

Tuesday

We start with a warm up and then we proceed with a workout which targets the leg muscles. We finish with a cool down.

upper body

Wednesday

We start with a warm up and then we proceed with a workout which targets the arms, the chest and the back muscles. We finish with a cool down.

Core

Thursday

We start with a warm up and then we proceed with a workout that targets the ab muscles. We finish with a cool down.

cardio

Friday

We start with a warm up and then we proceed with a workout that helps to improve your cardiovascular systems performance. We finish with a cool down.

Full body

Saturday

We start with a warm up and then we proceed with a workout that targets the whole body. We finish with a cool down.
